The government is requesting quotes for commercial Non-Tactical Vehicle rental services supporting the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27-01 exercise. Performance will occur from 10 October 2026 to 25 November 2026 in and around Oahu and the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Hawaii. Funds are not currently available, but the customer anticipates having them before the period of performance begins. This is a competitive requirement issued as an RFQ, and the government may cancel the solicitation at any time at no cost to the government. Quotations must include all-inclusive pricing, technical specifications, and a digitally signed solicitation.
