Recover UAS debris from land and shallow water (Palau)
The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify local Palauan businesses capable of supporting Tenacious Archer 2026, including supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, vessels, and services. This is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from this notice; responses are for planning only. Performance would take place in the Republic of Palau, including areas near Koror, Airai, Goikul, airports, seaports, staging areas, and waterways. The work involves recovering Group 2 UAS debris from land and shallow water after live-fire events, including batteries, electronics, and components, with the contractor providing boats and manual labor. Recovery must begin on August 1, 2026, after the live-fire exercise ends, and be completed within 24 hours.
