This amended RFQ seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for bus transportation services supporting the 25th Infantry Division’s JPMRC 27-01 rotation. Performance will occur from 11 October 2026 to 26 November 2026 at Schofield Barracks and various locations on the Island of Oahu. The amendment consolidates and answers industry questions and adds wage determinations to the attachments. The government intends to make a competitive award and may cancel the solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
