The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for 5x 40-foot and 3x 20-foot refrigeration (reefer) rental and generation services in support of the 25th Infantry Division JPMRC 27-01 rotation. The period of performance is 07 October 2026 through 22 November 2026. Services will be performed at Schofield Barracks and other various locations on Oahu, Hawaii. This amended competitive RFQ changes the CLIN 0005 delivery location, updates the PWS, consolidates and answers industry questions, and adds wage determinations. Interested vendors should review the amended RFQ, PWS, Q&A, wage determinations, and required forms to prepare their responses.

This is a competitive RFQ for JPMRC 27-01 seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for rental and generation of five 40-foot and three 20-foot refrigeration units supporting the 25th Infantry Division rotation. Performance will occur from 07 October 2026 to 22 November 2026 at Schofield Barracks and various locations on Oahu, Hawaii. Interested vendors must review the RFQ, complete the required vendor information and recent/relevant experience forms, and follow the stated offer submission requirements. Evaluation and instructions are governed by FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, and the government may cancel the solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
