The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Air-conditioning and associated power generation services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The required services include rental, delivery, set-up, maintenance, cleaning, disassembly, pickup, and relocation of air-conditioning and power generation units. All air conditioner and power generation units must be in serviceable condition and in complete working order at the time of the delivery. Contractor shall perform the required services in accordance with the specifications in the PWS, and all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This contract shall not include fueling but all items required to refuel the generators shall be provided. The government will be responsible for refueling of generator equipment.

The contractor will be required to provide freestanding units. The periods of performance 09 September 2024 to 24 October 2024. Refueling equipment shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor is not responsible for refueling. Refueling will be provided by the supported unit.
