The contractor shall procure, deliver, install, and set-up of three (3) Office Containers and one (1) Quonset Hut Gym in Guam according to the attached solicitation. NOTE: Please see ammended 0002 solicitation PWS V7. Summary of changes: Power box directions have been specified to be facing southeast. Typhoon rating brought down to 180 mph at the recommendation of another local source who has experience in construction on Guam. The contractors will be responsible for the design of the base and the anchoring system, and they must comply with the specifications outlined in the PWS (structure is level, can withstand typhoons, etc) Distance between each container is ten feet minimum. High-strength, corrosion-resistant materials will be used. Corrosion-resistant paint will be neutral in color.
