Administrator login and passwords will be required for the modem, routers, and switches as required. Internet access MUST allow ".mil/.com/.gov" domain access. The contractor shall provide 24/7 on call technical support with a four (4) hour site response time for all sites for any outages. Minimum acceptable availability uptime to the customer shall be no less than 95%.The customer shall be responsible for end user support to include installing networking cable and equipment.
