The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall provide the dumpster rental and hauling services necessary to ensure waste disposal in support of JPMRC. Services shall include haul, delivery, dumping, and pick-up of dumpsters. Dumpsters are free of holes to ensure trash remains inside the bins and does not cause environment issues with spillage. Notes: Attached you will find a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with instructions to offerors, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and a matrix detailing locations, quantities, sizes, and dates. This last attachment (Technical Exhibit C) also serves as a pricing sheet for offerors.
