They are requesting 2x 40ft Refrigerated Trucks for JPMRC support from 04 October 2023 to 30 November 2022. The purpose of this request is to have refrigerated trucks available to support 25th Infantry Division during their training mission. See attachment for complete list of provisions and clauses. This award is subject to availability of funds, see below. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds This solicitation and any resultant contract are subject to availability of funds (SAF): Be advised that funds are not presently available. The contractor must receive written notification of funds availability from the contracting officer before contract performance. The contracting officer does not expect funds to be available until early October 2023. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
