This requirement is full and open with no set asides. This requirement is for Base Life Support (BLS) services in support of U.S. Army exercise Tamiok Strike 2023 at Camp Aruma, Taurama Barracks, Airport Transport Wing (ATW), and Goldie River Training Depot (GRTD), Port Moresby; Igam Plant Yard, Igam Barracks, Lae; Camp Key, Moem Barracks, Wewak in Papua New Guinea for up to 170 personnel. The service included tents, handwashing stations, latrines, portable A/Cs, bulk non-potable water, ice, prime power generators, grey/black water removal, trash removal, and laundry service. The period of performance will be 15 July - 13 August 2023. The performance of this service will be in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Please see the attached performance work statement (PWS) for more information for each location. Please take special attention to the offerors instructions within the solicitation. This cost is reimbursable to the Contractor and will be paid upon receipt of invoice showing proof of purchase. The contractor is required to provide a price quote for DBA insurance with their offer. A list of authorized DBA insurance carriers can be found at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/owcp/dlhwc/lscarrier. An authorized DBA carrier must be utilized.
