The Contractor will be required to provide the following items to support the power generation requirement for the team. This equipment will move together with the team to multiple locations in Maldives National Defense Force bases in vicinity of Male, Maafilaafushi, and surrounding areas, Maldives. Specific locations and dates will be set at a later time. 5KW MOBILE GENERATOR WITH MAINTENANCE. The Contractor shall provide one (1) 5 kW portable generator to provide power. This will move to multiple locations in Maldives National Defense Force bases in vicinity of Male, Maafilaafushi, and surrounding areas, Maldives. The Contractor shall provide one (1) 5 kW portable generator, 5 kW, 220 volt output, wired for three (3) phase (380 volt, 220 volt, 110 volt output). Includes: delivery, installation, movement, routine maintenance, repair / replacement as necessary and pick-up. Contractor must provide a minimum of 100 feet of cable. Contractor must respond to maintenance calls within four hour period of time. Contractor will provide fuel generator rental running at 110V – 240V, with 24/7 maintenance support to each location. Additionally the Contractor shall ensure the generator is fueled daily, provide all maintenance and fuel on the generation unit and will be required to respond to failed unit within one hour of non-operational service and make necessary repairs to make unit serviceable. If the unit is unable to be made serviceable, the contractor will replace the unit within two hours of non-serviceability. Price also includes delivery, set-up, mobilization and demobilization charges, fuel, and all related costs and charges. The generator shall be delivered to multiple locations in Maldives National Defense Force bases in vicinity of Male, Maafilaafushi, and surrounding areas, Maldives. Locations may be subject to change with 24 hours advanced notice to the contractor. STEP DOWN TRANSFORMERS (220v-110v (12kW)). Step Down Transformers are not present on site. All U.S. gear and equipment runs on 110v. The unit requires three (3) step down transformers to reduce electrical output from 220v to 110v. Transformers shall be delivered to multiple locations in Maldives National Defense Force bases in vicinity of Male, Maafilaafushi, and surrounding areas, Maldives. The step down transformers will be clean and serviceable. The transformers will also include three (3) separate 300 ft. extension cords, power strips with at least 6 110v outlets, 110v surge protectors, and thirteen (13) each 110v and 220v outlet converters. AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZERS (220v-110v (5kW)). Automatic Voltage Stabilizers are not present on site. All U.S. gear and equipment runs on 110v. The unit requires three (3) stabilizers to manage electrical output from 220v to 110v. Stabilizers shall be delivered to multiple locations in Maldives National Defense Force bases in vicinity of Male, Maafilaafushi, and surrounding areas, Maldives. The stabilizers will be clean and serviceable.
