This notice is SYNOPSIS posting for COMET requirment and not solicitation posting. The Contractor shall provide Eighth Army (8A) and U.S. Army units based in Japan a contracted Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) team to assist in the performance of evaluations required in accordance with (IAW) the Army’s Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and all other applicable regulations outlined.
