KATUSA Soldiers are issued athletic sho... 411th Contracting Support Brigade intends to solicit and award a contract to provide Shoes and socks for Korean Augmentation to the United States Army (KATUSA). KATUSA Soldiers are issued athletic shoes and socks as part of their initial issue and then semi-annually in summer and winter of each year. Subject items are required to improve the morale and welfare of KATUSA Soldiers and to support KATUSA physical training. This procurement requirement cannot be foregone, as physical training for KATUSA Soldiers is mandatory. For detial see attached solicitation document.
