It is not a request for quotes, proposals, or an invitation for bids. The purpose of this notice is strictly for market research and informational purposes, with the primary objective of assessing the availability of qualified vendors. We are focusing on Korean vendors or organizations authorized to operate within the Republic of Korea. Specifically, we are seeking capability information from Korean consultants to conduct training on Victim Advocacy and Sexual Harassment/Assault Prevention. The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of sexual assault victimology, the prevalence of sexual assault, risk factors associated with sexual assault, innovative prevention and bystander intervention techniques, and best practices in the field. It is essential that all training be conducted in English. Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response or capability statement by 11:59 PM KST, 23 August 2024. Please note that the Government will NOT reimburse vendors for their submissions.
