This is an “Information Only” Sources Sought” Notice for Korean Vendors ONLY. This is not a request for quotes, proposals, or an invitation for bids. This sources sought notice is for market research and informational purposes only. The primary purpose is solely to determine availability. Our target is Korean vendors or organizations authorized to work in the Republic of Korea. The month of September is observed as Suicide Awareness Month, where the Air Force raises awareness and promotes resources to prevent death by suicide. This notice is to request capability information on Korean consultants who consider themselves qualified to provide a series of trainings for the 51st Fighter Wing’s Chaplain Corps Suicide Prevention Program on Mental Health Strategies. Consultants will be required to conduct 3 daylong (8 to 10 hours) training sessions consisting of 5 presentations, and 3 workshops totaling 15 presentations, and 9 workshops for United States Air Force (USAF) Airmen. The training shall focus on mental health strategies that enhance one’s understanding and awareness of their mental and physical surroundings, promote resilience and wellness, identify and support at-risk individuals and groups, respond helpfully to crisis situations, care for those at risk for suicide, support people affected by suicide, and continual support from staff and mobile application. All training workshops must be delivered in English. Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit responses or capability statements to this sources sought notice by 1:00PM KST, 1 August 2024.
