ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC local contractors for the follow ingMATOC contracts issued by the 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Korea. D.SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: SEE SELECTION L FOR DETAILS. The proposals shall be submitted by 1300 hours (Korean Standard Time) on the closing date of the RFP via Email to ian.w.kang.mil@army.mil. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the “No-Offer Letter” by closing date of the RFP via Email.
