*****UPDATE 03 MARCH 2023***** Amendment 0003 is issued for revisions to the 'Attachment 4 Hours of Operations' and 'ELIN - List of Cleaning Supplies and Materials'. *****UPDATE 23 FEBRUARY 2023***** Amendment 0002 is issued for revisions to the solicitation, PWS, and Attachment 10. The attadhed ELIN - List of Cleaning Supplies and Materials was updated to delete the last tab titled "Old Copy". *****UPDATE 15 FEBRUARY 2023***** Amendment 0001 is issued to revise the site visit information and PWS. Please review all documents for full details. This is a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide mess attendant services at Kunsan Air Base located in Kunsan, South Korea. Please review all attachments to this notice for detailed information and instructions, and complete as required with your proposal submission. All sources may submit a proposal as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK) – United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any Offeror for this requirement. All sources submitting a proposal, including U.S. sources, must already have, or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Any Contractor not already doing business in Korea must submit adequate verification in its initial proposal that it has the requisite authorization and capacity to compete for this requirement, and to conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial proposal does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an Offeror qualifies shall be determined by the Contracting Officer. All Offeror(s) interested in competing for this requirement are required to submit their price proposal in Korean won only. A proposal submitted in currency other than Korean won will not be considered for award.
