Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors will not be considered for award. CONTRACT NO. W91QVN-18-D-0056, 0057, 0060, 0062, 0064, 0065, 0066, 0069, 0070, 0071, 0073, 0074, 0076 and 0077. Offerors note that "Funds are not presently available.
