Presolicitation synopsis has been posted on 27 August 2020. Synopsis stated that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 but some of vendors responded to the synopsis that they are able to submit a quotation even though they are not sole source vendor. Therefore, the solicitation is prepared as brand name only. Accordingly, the attached sole source J&A will be considered as brand name only justification IAW FAR 6.302-1(c).
