This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for PICK-UP, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF TRASH/GARBAGE/FOOD WASTE FOR DAEGU AREA, USAG DAEGU Solid Waste Management is a comprehensive approach to managing non-hazardous solid waste that encompasses green procurement, waste prevention, and disposal programs. The Contractor, partnering with the installation, shall determine and utilize the most cost effective Recycle and Solid Waste Management services, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices, to maximize diversion. The Contractor shall dispose of waste in accordance with (IAW) applicable Republic of Korea, and local laws and regulations. The Contractor shall pay all applicable fees associated with disposal. The Contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, transportation, and any other resources necessary to pick up in accordance with (IAW) pick-up frequencies, segregate out trash not acceptable for dumping into the Landfill Facility, and transport sorted and acceptable trash to the Landfill Facility or Incineration Facility in accordance with the local environmental law, standards, and all other terms and conditions contained herein.
