The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform Dormitory Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) for all Unaccompanied Dormitory Housing (UH) at Osan AB, Republic of Korea. COM is the preparation of a dormitory unit for a new occupant. The Contractor shall manage and deliver COM services to clean, inspect, maintain, interior components and accessories to preserve safe operation and structural integrity IAW this PWS.
