Sub factor 2: Insurance: The offeror shall provide proof of Policy of Product Liability Insurance (???????????) with Comprehensive Liability Insurance (????). Sub factor 3: Prime Contractor’s Prior Experience: The offeror shall provide evidence at least two (2) years of experiences of Elevator Maintenance, Repair and Testing services within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of this solicitation.
