Solicitation Number: W91QVN20R0034 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis Purchase Description: 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Korea intends to issue a full and open competition solicitation for the contract for Ground Maintenance Services at Yongsan Cluster. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, all interested offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the Best Value Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that satisfies all terms and condition of the solicitation. The following ratings will be used in evaluating all non-price technical factors and subfactors. Acceptable Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation Unacceptable Proposal does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation Scope of Work: This is a non-personnel service contract to provide service of Ground Maintenance Services for Yongsan Cluster. Place of Performance: Yongsan Cluster, Area II Period of Performance (POP): Base Year 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021 Option Year I 1 April 2021 – 31 March 2022 Option Year II 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023 Contract Type: A Requirements Type of Contract FACTOR A. TECHNICAL: Sub-Factor 1- Prime Contractor’s Registration: The offeror shall be evaluated on provided a copy of Contractor's Registration for i) Landscaping and Planting (????? ? ???????) or ii) Comprehensive Landscaping Construction Registration (?????? ?????) issued by the Republic of Korea (ROK) Government. Sub-Factor 2- Prime Contractor’s Prior Experience: The offeror shall be evaluated on provided evidence at least two (2) years of prior experiences in grounds maintenance services within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of this solicitation. Sub-Factor 3 - Contract Manager (CM): The CM shall have at least two (2) years of experience as a CM in grounds maintenance services. FACTOR B. PAST PERFORMANCE FACTOR C. PRICE Proposal Period: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 17 Jan 20. The solicitation will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov/).
