Sub-Factor 2- Prime Contractor’s Prior Experience: The Prime Contractor shall have a minimum two (2) years of experience in pressure wash cleaning for building wall service within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the solicitation. Sub-Factor 3 - Contract Manager (CM): The CM shall have at least two (2) years of prior experience as a CM in pressure wash cleaning for building wall.
