The contractor shall conduct an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Level 1 facility assessment at USAG Yongsan-Casey installations. The ASHRAE assessment will identify cost effective energy and water conservation opportunities with particular emphasis on low cost/no cost opportunities, provide the estimated costs and savings in dollars, reduction in Million British Thermal Units (MBtus) and potential financing mechanisms.
