This is a non-personnel services contract to provide management, travel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary to Inspect, Test, Maintain and Repair (ITM & R) of fire protection systems, at Kunsan Air Base (AB). The Kunsan AB has maintained various types of fire-protected facilities such as office, warehouse, dormitory, equipment room, aircraft shelter and other multi-functional buildings. All buildings have been constructed with respective fire protection system designed by National Fire Code as to meet building functions. United Facility Criteria (UFC) and National Fire Protection Associates (NFPA) mandates maintaining an Inspection, Testing, Maintenance Program for all fire protected facilities
