This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Cleaning and Washing Aircraft on Osan Air Base. Washing work shall include brushing, sanding, and cleaning with solvents plus alkaline cleaners. All procedures used during the course of washing, cleaning, and treatment of Aircraft shall be in accordance with T.O. 1-1-691, T.O. 35-1-3, EM 385-1-1K chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 14, 21, 24, 32. And meet the safety requirements of AFOSH STD 91-203 chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 22, 24, 29.
