The reason for this modification is to modify the technical evaluation factors from: Business Registration: The contractor must hold an pyrotechnics license to the following : The offeror shall provide a current and valid business license issued by the ROK Government as listed below. In the case where a subcontractor(s) is used, the offeror will be evaluated on submitted subcontract agreement with the company or companies who possess the required business license (s). Additionally, the offeror will be submit sub-contractor specific business license (s) issued by the Republic of Korea (ROK). Both the prime and subcontractor will submit the licenses below. • Valid Business license issued by the Republic of Korean Government (??????) • A valid pyrotechnics License issued by the Republic of Korean Government(??????) The reason for the modification is to modify the solicitation closing from 24 May 1200 pacific standard time to 23 May 1200am pacific standard time
