This requirement is for base year plus four (4) one-year additional option years. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary to perform Custodial Service in Area IV, South Korea in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
