Two solicitations shall be used. One (W91QVN-19-R-0064, is for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds and the other (W91QVN-19-R-0067), is for Logistics Cost Sharing (LCS) funds. Each contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Funding shall be at the order level.
