The primary objective of this support contract is to provide a Resource Efficiency Manager under the Energy Management section. Their role will be to assist in energy data collection, collecting and surveying metering equipment, assisting in energy audits, enrgy projects, and generating energy savings technicques to implement on base. This role will also provide support for Energy Savings Performance Contracts and ensure Kunsan AB upholds USAF Energy goals. The Energy Management mission is outlined in AFI 90-1701.
