The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions from vendors as shown below: Question 1. I am inquiring about Solicitation W91QVN18R0216 (W91QVN-19-R-0012) to see if there is an incumbent currently or previously completing this requirement? Or is this a new requirement? Response 1. This is not a new requirement. The previous contract number W91QVN-17-D-0021 expired on 31 Dec 2017. Currently, the services are being performed using organic assets at AF 8th CES Squadron. Question 2. I'd like to inquire whether a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past. If so, could you provide the incumbent contract number? If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government? Response 2. Please refer to the Response 1. B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
