This is a pre-solicitation notice for a full-service food operations contract to run government dining facilities in the Republic of Korea. The contractor will provide all personnel and services for a complete, turn-key food service operation. A draft PWS is attached but is subject to change. Interested and capable sources must submit a capability statement by 8 p.m. EST on 26 February 2026. A site visit will be held at Camp Humphreys on 25 February 2026, requiring an RSVP by 13 February 2026.
