The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other necessaries to conduct railcar precision safety diagnosis for 61 US railcars that were manufactured on 1999-2000 for extending additional 5 years life cycle. The Contractor shall conduct the precision safety diagnosis and implement all required documents and the process of approval by ROK related parties, such as ROK Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and KORAIL etc. It is required to meet the standards set by the ordinance of ROK MOLIT and Railway Safety Act (Special Regulations on Safety Inspection).
