The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, storage, and other items and services necessary, except Government Furnished Property and Service, to perform Maintenance of Military Family Housing (MFH), and intended to support MFH at Osan AB ROK. Amendment 0001 was for the following: 1. Correct quantity on CLIN X001, X002, X003, X004, and X008 from 11 months to 12 months. 2. Revise FAR 52.216-18, Ordering. 3. Remove Note 2 and following sub paragraphs on Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to the Offerors. 4. Answer the following question: “Regarding this solicitation, the newly awarded prime contractor shall not have a subcontractor?” Answer: There is no prohibition on use of subcontractors, subject to compliance to other terms and conditions in the solicitation. Amendment 0002 was for the following: 1. Add FAR Cluase 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunication and Videio Surveillance Services or Equipment by full text. 2. Revise PWS and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. 3. Provide responses to the questions.
