Question; According to Drawing No.A-3, the existing Procor Waterproofing System of Utility Deck is to be replaced. If the existing waterproofing is removed, water may leak when it rains during the work. Should the contractor include the cost of protective measures for this? Answer Weather protection is a general construction item and is not within the scope of the work. Therefore, It should be included in the construction overhead cost.
