The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, material, supervision, licenses and permits, and any other resource necessary for removal, transportation, and disposal of oil/water mixture and sand/soil from various oil/water separators at US Installations in Osan AB, in strict compliance with all the provisions of the contract as specified in Performance Work Statement (PWS) of this solicitation/contract as well as all laws and regulations of Republic of Korea (ROK), state, and federal regulations, international agreements, and USFK Regulation 201-1, Environmental Governing Standards (EGS), and base Environmental Management Plans.
