The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The solicitation shall result in a contract that provides services for 1 Base Period and 4 Option Years. The resulting contract shall be a hybrid Firm Fixed Priced/ Requirement IDIQ contract. The Contractor shall ensure all work accomplished under this contract performance meets all applicable Federal, , regulations, and directives to include, but not limited to, the PWS and Related Documents. Preventative maintenance includes regular cleaning, visual inspection, and maintenance in accordance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) A17.1, A17.2, and A17.3 for elevators and escalators on USAG Humphreys. The Government’s intent is to make a single award to a responsible offer whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the price of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
