This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Cleaning and Washing Aircraft on Osan Air Base. The services required under the terms of this contract shall conform to the guidelines presented in Technical Order. 1-1-691, Aircraft specific -23 T.O.s, T.O. 00-25-172, Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) Standards, and 51 Fighter Wing operating instructions. Washing work shall include brushing, sanding, and cleaning with solvents plus alkaline cleaners. All procedures used during the course of washing, cleaning, and treatment of Aircraft shall be in accordance with T.O. 1-1-691, T.O. 35-1-3, EM 385-1-1K chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 14, 21, 24, 32. And meet the safety requirements of AFOSH STD 91-203 chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 22, 24, 29. U.S.
