The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, technical guidance and field experience necessary for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, Power Generation Systems, Communication Infrastructure, and other associated systems at USAG Humphreys. The contractor shall have the appropriate licenses, certifications, proprietary tools, and expertise to perform duties as required. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. An Industry Day-Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 19 March 2019, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Camp Humphreys. See PWS and Notice for further details.
