This is a non-personnel Service Contract to remove the remaining fuel, sludge and sediments from Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) and drain, flush pipelines at Camp Red Cloud (CRC). The existing 102 each Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) and 1 each Underground Storage Tank (UST) and associated pipelines at CRC need to be emptied before return to the ROK Government.
