This is a non-personal services contract to provide a sampling service of drinking water at USAG Humphreys. Contractor shall coordinate with Housing Division, Army Family Housings and High Risk Facilities such as child development center, elementary school, and youth service center. After coordinating with Housing Division, Army Family Housings and High Risk Facilities, contractor shall take samples for lead in drinking water from kitchen sinks and water fountains which provide water for consumption. Contractor shall deliver the samples to the delivery service company at USAG Humphreys. The Government will provide the bottles and containers for sampling. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. OFFER DUE DATE/LOCAL TIME 01:00 PM 13 MARCH 2019
