The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required for custodial services under the Performance Work Statement, Part 5, and technical exhibits, excluding Government-furnished items. Services must meet contract standards and be performed at a hospital-grade quality level. During performance, the Government may add or delete facilities and/or change the level of services through a contract modification. Prospective bidders should be prepared for a potentially adjustable custodial scope at hospital-grade standards.
