The Government seeks a contractor to provide, emplace, maintain, and recover eight outdoor heaters and eight misting fans, exchanged seasonally, at access control points at JBMHH. All units will operate outdoors and must withstand environmental exposure. JBMHH will furnish fuel, water, and electricity, while the contractor supplies all labor, tools, materials, technical expertise, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and stabilization actions. Routine maintenance will occur during standard business hours, with continuous on-call support required for critical failures such as electrical hazards, complete shutdowns, or unsafe/inoperable gate conditions. Work must comply with applicable Army, DoD, and installation safety standards to ensure uninterrupted access control operations.
