The contractor will provide non-personal services for one-time maintenance of the SMFs listed in Tables 1 and 2, with the maintenance event occurring in early spring/early summer. Before project start, the contractor must submit a proposed schedule of upcoming maintenance activities identifying the SMFs to be addressed. The contractor must notify the Activity POC 48 hours before starting maintenance on each SMF so the POC can coordinate with Installation organizations. Throughout the contract, the contractor must provide weekly oversight at least one day per week and inspect all 58 SMFs to assess progress. After completing maintenance on each SMF, the contractor must notify the Government for review and approval, and the work is not complete until Government approval is received.
