The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services needed to perform custodial services under the Performance Work Statement, excluding Government-furnished property and services. Services cover buildings 950, 1003, 1028, 1207, 1745, and 1805, plus buildings 5023 and 5024 located at Fort Belvoir North Area in Springfield, Virginia. Buildings 1805 and 5023 are currently inactive but may be opened and added if MWR operations require.
