It is preferred that the vendor be able to have a location within 15+/- miles of the Arlington National Cemetery or provide onsite fitting and Ordering via a mobile unit (Similar to Red Wing Industries) (SAF-Gard)(National Footwear) are just examples and no preference should be inferred by their mention. The attached SOW is subject to refinement based upon the results of the Sources Sought. An industry Day may be held in which interested vendors can provide samples for review.
