The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sanitary wastewater sampling and analysis at Forest Glen Annex, Maryland as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The objective of this contract is to conduct sampling and analysis of sanitary wastewater discharged from the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) facility located at the Forest Glen Annex. Scope of contract consists of contractor collecting quarterly samples from a designated sanitary manhole located approximately 70 feet northwest of building 503, WRAIR facility. Contractor shall analyze samples to ensure compliance with WSSC permit 08091 and provide Fort Detrick EMO written reports.
