This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and no further solicitation will be issued. In accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-2 (3) comparative evaluations will be conducted.The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. Award of this contract will be made on a competitive best value trade off. The Government will select the best overall proposal based upon an integrated assessment of three (3) evaluation factors:Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price.
