Fort Meade MEDDAC will be conducting an organizational planning event (hereby referred to as an offsite) aimed at restructuring and optimizing the organizational model. Fort Meade MEDDAC is seeking contractor support to facilitate an offsite event aimed at restructuring and optimizing the organizational model to address a budget shortfall of $6 million for this fiscal year. Through the efforts of the offsite contractor’s facilitation and analyses providing restructuring recommendations and option offering not only an immediate cost savings solution, but recommendations and options that are sustainable over a five year period. The target audience for the offsite includes all subordinate command teams, deputies, and selected staff from our 18 subordinate units. The primary goal is to transition to a hub and spoke model to reduce administrative positions from the current 38% to 25-30%.
